Key Holder / Sales Role

The Key Holder / Sales Associate is responsible for opening and closing duties; welcoming in customers; preparing items for the sales floor; and ensuring all Trends clients have an unforgettable experience. You are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and giving exceptional customer service while maintaining an organized retail space. 

Shift Hours: 20-30 hours week. 

Workable Hours: Tues- Sat 10am - 630pm / Sun 12-5pm

Schedule will be determined after the interview process. 

Weekend work is required. Prior retail experience is required.

A Day in the Life:

  • Meet and exceed daily / monthly operational and consignment goals.
  • Welcome all customers and engage in conversation that encourages their return.
  • Use of inventory management system to locate, check status, and pull inventory for various tasks.
  • Photograph pieces for our e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist & lead the store team with retail sales needs.
  • Provide innovative ideas and find ways to improve systems as business continues to grow.
